Donation Requests
Desert Subway, Inc. would be happy to consider requests for food donations to support community organizations near our SUBWAY locations. We will consider written donation requests if we are given adequate time to do so.
Please follow these guidelines when submitting a donation request from Desert Subway, Inc.:
- All requests must be in writing and on the letterhead of the organization making the request.
- Requests must be received no less than 30 days prior to date for which the donation is needed.
- Information necessary in the written request:
- Name, title and phone number of contact person
- Name of the organization
- Request for a specific food item (i.e. Party Platter, etc.)
- Date of event
- Type of event
- Number of people attending the event
- The SUBWAY store from which you are requesting the donation
* Desert Subway, Inc. generally does not  provide financial support for community organizations, although fundraisers can be held at our stores on a first come basis. A fundraiser needs to be set-up directly with our marketing director.
Failure to include any of the above information will slow down the process and may cause your deadline to be missed.
